The fact is not all motivated people have this ability to start their won engine. If you are one of these types of people you can make this skill work for you. |
What Motivates Me?
For me motivation comes from a desire to be the best and succeeded at everything I do. That is not to say I am the best and I always succeed. What I can tell you is these are my goals and I do everything within my realm of positive power to impress! Who am I trying to impress? ME.
Some folks look for recognition and a pat on the back when a job is done well, that's not a bad thing because all all need love. However, at the top of my list is me!! It is really nice when you can look in the mirror first and say nice job, well done!
